Refund & Cancellation Policy for Group Health Coaching Programs

Effective Date: May 30, 2025

At RRC HEALTH COACHING, we strive to provide a valuable coaching experience. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes changes need to be made. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, while respecting the commitment involved in group coaching programs.

1. Client Cancellations

a) Cancellation of Enrollment (Before Program Starts)

If you need to cancel your enrollment in this group coaching program before the program begins on June 4, 2025, we offer the following:

• Full Refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the program start date.

• No Refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the program start date.

b) Missed Sessions

Group coaching programs often involve multiple sessions. Missed sessions are non-refundable for this Cohort (June 4 - July 9, 2025).

• Live In-Person Sessions: If you miss an in-person session, we cannot offer a refund or rescheduling for that session. However, class materials will still be available for you to receive at your next attended session.

2. Cancellation by RRC Health Coaching

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any group coaching session or program for reasons such as illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• If We Cancel a Session: If a session is canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled, we will offer a full refund for that specific session or credit toward another session.

• If We Cancel the Entire Program: If we need to cancel the entire group coaching program before it begins, we will provide a full refund to all participants.

In the event of cancellations by us, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will work to accommodate any changes or reschedule the program.

3. Transferring Between Programs

If you find that you can no longer attend the group coaching program you have enrolled in but would like to transfer to a different program:

• Transfers to another program may be permitted based on availability and program start dates.

• Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the original program’s start date.

• Transfer requests submitted after the program has started are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refunds for Special Circumstances

If you experience an emergency or extraordinary circumstances that prevent your participation, please contact us immediately. We may offer partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation. However, such requests must be made within 24 hours of the start of the program.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled group coaching session and do not provide notice in advance, the session will be counted as a no-show. We will not issue a refund or reschedule the session unless previously agreed upon in writing.

6. Program Completion

By enrolling in a group coaching program, you agree to attend and participate in the full program, including all sessions. We do not offer partial refunds for missed sessions or early program completion.

7. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel your enrollment or request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email Us: Send an email to [rrc.phoenix0325@gmail.com] with your request.

2. Provide Details: Include your name, the program you’re enrolled in, and the reason for your cancellation or refund request.

3. Confirm the Timing: If requesting a refund, be sure to do so within the timeframe outlined in this policy.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days once your request is approved.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant updates.
